30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Every first order is backed by our 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied and have used less than 50% of the pack, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

How to request a refund Email info@flexstrips.com.au with your order number and reason. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days.

Refunds Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. If more than 50% of the pack has been used, the guarantee does not apply.

Return shipping If a physical return is required due to a faulty or incorrect item, we'll cover the cost. For all other requests covered under the guarantee, no return is necessary.

Subsequent orders Our guarantee applies to first orders only. For subsequent orders, please contact us and we'll do our best to help on a case-by-case basis.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
In the event of an exchange request, once the returned item is received, our team will coordinate directly with you regarding the exchange.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
